Softball Coaching
Coaches are an essential part of our club and form part of our core group of volunteers who help make games happen. Our junior coaches help nurture and develop the skills necessary for success in softball, and our seniors coaches offer support, structure and feedback to each of our teams.
Coaching Pathway
If you are interested in developing you skills and knowledge as a coach, Softball Australia offers a Coaching Pathway, from a Foundation level to Master.
These courses are dedicated to delivering coaching information that is beneficial to grassroots softball clubs such as Carine. They aim to develop coaches by giving them the tools to use when coaching softball with the focus on teaching and enjoyment over winning.
Carine Softball are able to fund members who wish to become accredited with the intention to coach a club team.

The Hitting Vault
The Hitting Vault is a subscription service that provides plans for all aspects of softball, however they also provide a number of useful free tutorials and blog posts that break down skills and provide targeted drill examples, such as this post here.
